MGMA aspires to be a place where you belong. Leaders Conference will host Resource Groups to foster that sense of belonging. Led by MGMA members, resource groups are intentional spaces where individuals who share a demographic can connect with each other to focus on networking and unique peer-to-peer support. Sign up for a Resource Group when you register for Leaders Conference.

Early Careerist Leaders in Healthcare: For individuals currently in their first 7 years working in healthcare.

Later Careerist Leaders in Healthcare: For individuals who have worked in healthcare for 15+ years.

Latinx and Hispanic Leaders in Healthcare: For individuals who identify as part of the Latino/x and/or Hispanic community.

LGBTQ+ Leaders in Healthcare: For individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.
