Andy Swanson, MPA, FACMPE, MGMA Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Sales, has been with MGMA nine years in a multitude of leadership roles and has spent 18 years inside the human resources function as a daily practitioner, business partner and functional leader. He also brings 13 years of experience in the U.S. healthcare system, both in hospital systems and medical group management. Currently, Swanson deploys products and services for the medical practice industry to improve the people and systems we use to deliver care successfully. Swanson began his career in change management and business consulting, working at Anderson Consulting/Accenture to develop HR solutions around training and development, performance management, compensation, and recruiting and onboarding.
